The feather is a piece of work done by Teresa Sharpe of Studio 13 in Fort Wayne, In. Her flash is all based around keys, and she’s incredible at fine art tattoo work. The birds, that you can’t see as clearly, I got done when I got engaged (the first two birds) as a symbol of spreading my wings and growing up. I finished the tattoo with the last four after I left my abusive fiance as a symbol of freedom.
