Mimi Rosenthal, 101, is all smiles while Michelle Gallo-Kohlas tattoos a sunflower on her arm at Requiem Body Art in Spring Hill Saturday. When Rosenthal turned 99, she decided to get her first tattoo, an “itty-bitty butterfly” on one of her ankles.
